This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the commercial rules governing service retainers, creator campaigns, sponsorship acquisition, and digital marketing projects delivered by Lokaal India.
Lokaal India delivers custom digital marketing, creator campaign management, sponsorship acquisition, event growth, and web development services. Because our services involve manual creative strategy, technical setup, software deployment, and third-party vendor commitments, refund eligibility is determined based on the specific service category and progress stage.
Costs that have already been incurred or contractually committed to third parties are NON-REFUNDABLE where legally permissible under Indian law.
Non-refundable cost categories include:
Monthly agency retainers cover dedicated strategy, campaign management, and creative execution for the billing cycle. Retainer fees for the current active billing period are non-refundable once work has commenced. Clients may cancel monthly retainers prospectively by providing written notice 14 days prior to the next billing cycle.
If a brand cancels a creator campaign prior to creator assignment and content production, uncommitted funds will be refunded minus a 10% administrative processing fee. If a campaign is canceled after creators have produced or posted approved content, creator fees and executed deliverables are non-refundable.
Sponsorship processing fees and event production retainer deposits are non-refundable once proposal decks have been formatted and presented to brand sponsors. For live event tickets sold through Lokaal India event marketing platforms, ticket refund conditions are governed by the specific event organizer's cancellation policy.
Development project milestones are non-refundable once milestone sign-off or deliverable staging links have been delivered to the client.
